GotSoccer’s new support website and live chat tool are now live and ready to use.
The new GotSoccer Support Website helps users learn more about popular topics and find resources to help them with a range of GotSoccer’s services and products.
The website will be constantly updated with new and relevant information for all users, so parents, players, coaches, managers, referees, assignors, tournaments, leagues, organizations, and our mobile app users will have access to the latest information they need.
As well as the new support website, GotSoccer has also rolled out its new online chat tool, meaning customers can now talk directly to our support team at the touch of a button to receive assistance and help instantly.
GotSoccer already offers a range of support tools, including in-app FAQ guides and support tickets, as well as a fully dedicated support call centre.
GotSoccer has built its vision and values around its customers, and wants to help its customers in any way it can. This is the reason we have invested heavily in our support, as we believe that when our customers are happy and doing well, then so are we.
GotSoccers new support website can be accessed by clicking the Support button in the top right hand corner of the GotSoccer homepage.
